This is totally unique, it will never ever be repeated, why because this is made from hand dyed, batik, cotton fabric, painted with fabric dyes, outlined with wax, washed, ironed to de wax it then washed again, then the fun begins with free motion embroidery and hand beading... the fabric alone has taken several days to complete from the application of the wax resist to the sewing of the actual dress.. this is an actual labour of love and the cost nowhere near reflects the hours or effort put into this item.
Random fantasy flowers in shades of plummy red and tons of green leaves make up the design of this fabric panel the leaves have been embroidered around with burgundy, and various green threads, red swarovski crystal beads add highlight and detail to the flowers, dye pens have also been used to embellish the leaves further, then the whole purple, lilac, lavender background has been embellished with 100's of sequins stacked to give a shimmery raised effect to the fabric.

This one off fabric panel has been made into a gorgeous summer dress to fit a girl up to the age of 3. the chest measures 22 inches or 56 cm the length nape ( back of neck) to the hem line is 21 inches or 54 cm this should reach to just below the knee, a single button to the back is the secure fastening.

Hand wash is highly recommended as it is expected that the dyes will release and will continue to do so over a number of washes.... line dry because of the sequins, beads etc. and iron to the inside only, taking care to avoid the embellishments...
