Q - How long will it take for My MADE TO ORDER  item to arrive?  - From purchase, we estimate about 28 days. This allows for a creation period of 1-2 weeks,
and 1-2 weeks for postage. Please be aware that this is an estimation and can be sent out earlier or later due to order demands. If the order will take longer than 28 days, we will alert you in due course.

Q - How long will my item take to get to me
A-  Your item will generally be shipped within 2 -3 working days ( if it is a ready made item) then its up to the postage service. within the UK we estimate just a couple of days as we try send everything first class, or recorded.
Overseas deliveries take a little longer but  we do estimate an average of 5-7 working days for Europe and 7-10 working days for the rest of the world,
In light of the current covid 19 situation.. this  will still happen in an ideal situation however, as postal services through out  the world are all working to different policies and criterias we can offer no other advice than you will be notified once its sent and then its a waiting game.

- how much is postage to my country
A-  small items within the UK will go for £2.00  if we can fit it into a pip box. we will,(2-3 snap bars will go for this price, so would a hat or small dress)
Other UK postage would be £5.00, with guaranteed next day at £15.00.
Europe standard shipping starts at £6.50, Tracked shipping will be £12.00
The rest of the world including the USA Canada and Australia, starts at £6.50 for small items. standard worlds shipping is £8.50

Q - I am Allergic to Wool, is there wool in your products?
A - We will always put in the description of any item if it contains wool. If you are unsure of wool content in a product, please message us via Messenger and we will answer your query.

Q - Do you take Custom Orders?
A - Yes, we are always willing to take on unique projects. Please message us via Messenger to discuss your order, we will work with yourself to decide on a price and design.

Q - What about my information?
A - We treat your personal details with the utmost care, we will not pass your details to any third party, we will not use your details to spam you, if you are happy to receive promotion codes or offers from us please let us know, otherwise we take it as you are not interested, . We do not get to see any of your bank details our payments services are pay pal and shopify's own gateway powered by stripe, our computers are password protected if you require us to delete your address etc after your item has been sent please let us know. we will however keep a record of your purchases for our own  tax purposes but this will be just your order number the item, date and your name/ username this must be kept for a period of 12 months. you may request any details we have about you at anytime.

Q - I'm outside of the UK, Do you ship to my Country?
A - Yes, we ship Worldwide.

Q - Is my Package Tracked?
A - No, but we can offer this service at an extra cost should you request it. This will incur an extra fee to cover the tracking cost. please check the postage on checkout.

Q - How do I care for my item?
A - clear instructions will be sent with your goods, but most items can be machine washed.

Q -Why is postage so high ?
- We use Royal Mail and try to find the cheapest option, we have lots of variants so please read through and find the option that suits you best, Europe is a separate category from USA and the rest of the world please, check with us by using messenger if you have any doubts. we will always combine shipping on multiple purchases so if  postage works out too expensive contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Q- Do you accept returns ?.
A - Under EU current regulations we must.. however please ensure  your item is returned in un damaged un worn condition we will not pay postage  for this, if there is a problem please contact us so we can discuss your concerns.
