the seams are all over locked or hidden and top stitched where needed, it measures 54 cm from nape to hem will fit from 2 year approx chest measurement is 54 cm or 22 inches it has a 2 button closure sewn firmly to the back of the garment, this little dress is perfect for cooler spring days with a long sleeved tee underneath and then in summer its a gorgeous summer sun dress. its more of an A line skirt not so full and flouncy very practical for beach time
